Area Rugs can be delicate work.  Typically we can take care of them in your home.  Certain situations call for our technicians to bring the rug in for a deep cleaning (pet stains typically or delicate fibers).

Not all rugs clean the same.  Wool, polyester, jute and other fibers all respond differently to cleaning methods.  We can identify the fiber and suggest a best method for cleaning your rug.  Sometimes it is honestly better to just buy a new one.  We always give an honest assessment of your rug and appropriate options
